Ms. Prado worked in the legal department of one the most recognised international financial institutions based in Texas named First City Mexico, where she analysed the acquisition of assets, placement of credits, tracking of legal processes, preparation of credit agreements and debt restructuring implementation.
Moreover, at IXE Bank, Ms. Prado was certified by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP, from its Spanish acronym) as examiner for the prevention of money laundering. Within the scope of this accreditation, Ms. Prado was responsible for ensuring all the company staff were appropriately trained in this area and she was charged with preventing this illegal practice from happening within the various areas of the organisation (exchange house, fiduciary, lessor and factoring).

In terms of administrative matters, Ms. Prado has acquired a great deal of experience in dealing with the necessary processes of obtaining licenses and approvals, as well as cancelations and closures of properties. She has also been representative against the Federal Electoral Institute (IFE, from its Spanish acronym) and the Federal Electoral Court, in several electoral polls both at the local and federal order; and has also overseen the establishment of different compliance strategies in this matter.
