We have participated in several restructuring negotiations in Mexico, representing the creditors’ interests such as:
• Foreign airlines.
• Domestic and foreign banks.
• Stock exchange brokers.
• Private companies.
We have also participated as creditors’ legal counsels, initiating actions against debtors for restructuring negotiations, as well as in the recognition and execution of foreign proceedings in Mexico.
